Importance of Before & After Photos

When getting started, make sure to take a photo the night before or the morning of the day you start your 10 day cleanse.  You don’t have to share this with anyone, but it is amazing to see the difference after.  Who knows, you may decide you want to share it with your family and friends to help inspire them too!  Another good idea is to weight yourself only 3 times; morning of day 3, morning of day 6 and then morning of day 11.  Don’t weight yourself too much because you can start to obsess about your progress and that can create stress.  Additional stress raises your cortisol levels and that is counterproductive to the cleanse.
